SharePoint 2013 Quick Nav Group Headings : How to headings with no URL

I found and tested a solution, please see below let me know if it may work.

The below shows an option to allow created of Headings in SharePoint with empty URL and thus provide the standard HTML Heading grouping, use this to create Headings that do not navigate from current page.

Option 2: Use the “EDIT LINKS” option under the Quick Launch and leave the URL field empty. URL field is mandatory from Site Settings, but we can leave it blank here.
