Visual Studio 2012+ Highlight Active Line

Do you ever get lost in Code Editor trying to find the current active line, depending on monitor/resolution and if you are trying to read code in sunlight it can be worse for others, and less painful for those in an environment with office lighting.

One way to ease the burden of finding the active line: Modify the Active Line Setting in VS .Net Options, here is how:

1. Tools | Options:
2. Select Env|Fonts Colors | Highlight Current Line (Active), select desired background color

3. Voila VS .Net IDE is easier to use! Active line is a color we can see easily

Before

and

After!
